Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cleaning Services Ocala ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") concerning your use of our website and cleaning services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Services

Cleaning Services Ocala provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Ocala, FL and surrounding areas of Marion County, Florida. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Standard house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Post-construction cleaning
  • Recurring cleaning plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Office and commercial cleaning

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments

All cleaning appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment via phone, email, or text message. Confirmed appointments constitute a binding agreement for services.

Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. This includes ensuring that our team can enter the premises and that pets are secured if necessary. If we cannot access your property at the scheduled time, you may be charged a trip fee.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Pricing and Payment

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered. We will communicate any significant price adjustments before proceeding with services.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring services, payment may be collected at the time of each visit or billed according to an agreed-upon schedule.

Late Payments

Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee and/or suspension of services. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal means.

Service Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to permanent stains, pre-existing damage, or areas not included in the agreed-upon scope of work.

Liability and Insurance

Insurance Coverage

Cleaning Services Ocala maintains general liability insurance to cover potential damages that may occur during our services. Our team members are also covered by workers' compensation insurance.

Damage Claims

In the event of damage to your property caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly. Our liability is limited to the actual cost of repair or replacement, up to the limits of our insurance coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleaning Services Ocala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs
  • Disclose any known hazards or safety concerns
  • Secure valuables, jewelry, cash, and important documents
  • Secure or remove pets during cleaning appointments
  • Ensure safe working conditions for our team
  • Treat our team members with respect and courtesy

Website Use

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cleaning Services Ocala or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use automated systems to access our website without our consent

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cleaning Services Ocala, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Marion County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
